The nose is vibrant and layered, unfolding with ripe black cherry, dark plum, and blackberry, lifted by intriguing notes of dried violet, cardamom, and cedar. On the palate, concentrated black fruits are seamlessly interwoven with bittersweet chocolate and a touch of savory Mediterranean spice. Silky tannins and lively acidity bring balance and finesse, while lingering notes of mocha and toasted marshmallow carry through to a long, persistent finish.”

FMW 97 Points: “Stunning aromas jump out of the glass of this youngster, with a bouquet of ripe blackberries, black cherries, and a touch of cassis. The 2023 vintage offers up a gorgeous, velvety, and silky texture.  This is what I would call a Merlot for Cabernet lovers, and I kid you not!. The all-estate-grown Merlot ( 92% Merlot and 8% Petite Sirah), is very intense and loaded with lush and bold flavors.  The wine is big and bold, yet elegant!! The wine finished with a long and luscious finish, with silky-grained tannins. Only 330 cases were produced!”
