Winery notes: “Bright yellow color, bouquet of white and yellow fruits mixed with citrus fruits. Well-balanced on the palate, with undertones of mature fruitiness, and a juicy Sauvignon grape finish. Best at 11°C (52°F) for an aperitif, or with fish, shellfish, Asian or Lebanese cuisines, and, more traditionally, crottin de Chavignol goat cheese.”
