Paul Lato Notes: “Quite possibly the most reputable vineyard in the Talley Farms stellar lineup, Rincon Vineyard has produced some of the finest wines to ever come out of the Arroyo Grande Valley. Our section is located on the West side of Rincon and was planted in 1999. The Robert Young clone grows in Salinas Loam, a relatively dark soil that creates a Chardonnay with minerality, depth, and weight on the palate. The 2023 ‘Done and Done’ showcases refined notes of jasmine, ocean breeze, mandarin, and lime zest.  A crisp finish with delicate salinity adds finesse and a smooth, elegant texture. vineyard’”

Lemon confit, marzipan, sage, white flowers, chalk, and mint build effortlessly. All the elements are so beautifully balanced in a dramatic white that hits all the right notes.
