Jeb Dunnuck 95 Points: “I always love Lato’s Pinot Noir from this site, and his 2021 Pinot Noir Suerte Solomon Hills Vineyard is no exception. Revealing a ruby hue as well as gorgeous notes of wild strawberries, black tea, toasted spice, and exotic flowers, it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, a round, layered, supple texture, integrated tannins, and outstanding length. Drink this more up-front, fruit-loaded, gorgeous Pinot Noir over the coming 5-7 years.”
Addax 2021 Chardonnay AK Cuvee Sonoma Coast 97 Points
$129.99
TWI 97 Points: “The 2021 Chardonnay AK Cuvee needs a shake or two to cause an eruption of nectarines, yellow apples, and Bosc pears with underlying hints of kumquat, lime leaves, and almond croissant. The medium to full-bodied palate is profound, savory, and beautifully poised, with a satiny texture and long, savory finish.”

Silky tannins wrap around a core of plum fruit, sweet tobacco, chocolate, spice and leather. This wonderfully expressive, elegant Napa Valley red hits all the right notes in a nuanced style that is all class.”
Spottswoode 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon “Estate” Napa ~ 100 Points — MAGNUM
$550.00
Robert Parker 100 Points: “Tasted blind, in a lineup that included vintages back to 2010, a barrel sample of Spottswoode’s 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon stood out as being one of the most exciting efforts. Full-bodied, ripe, and rich without being overbearing, it delivers concentrated black cherry and cassis fruit framed by supple, velvety-textured tannins. It’s long on the finish, with an attractively soft, dusty-loamy texture and no overt signs of a fire-troubled Napa vintage.”

$79.99
FMW 96 Points: “The 2021 La Sirena Chardonnay, Russian River offers up flinty and bright fruit aromatics. This lush, full-bodied wine showcases an elegant body loaded withs pure fruit, lime zest, green apple, umami richness, and a whiff of minearlity. The wine offers both power and elegance. Bright, freshly styled crushed white flowers, more apple fruit and a touch of toasty vanilla are a nice crescendo for this great youngster’s long finish.

Cobb 2021 Chardonnay “H. Klopp Vineyard” Sonoma Coast 97 Points
$69.99
Robert Parker 97 Points: “The 2021 Chardonnay H. Klopp Vineyard, from vines planted in classic Goldridge soils, is bursting with alluring, layered aromas: quince paste, honey, and white peach are complemented by accents of roasted almonds and graham cracker, and the palate matches that intensity with its highly concentrated, honeyed flavors. All that flavor is supported by a spine of vibrant acidity, and a touch of textural grip drives a very long finish. This is so delicious! 300 cases were made. “

Henri Dosnon Brut Rosé Champagne NV Cotes de Bar
$64.99
Billecart Salmon Brut Sous Bois Champagne 94 Points IN MAGNUM
$214.99
Robert Parker 92+ Points: “The latest release of Billecart’s NV Brut Sous Bois is excellent, unwinding in the glass with notes of lemon oil, crisp stone fruit, buttery pastry and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and elegantly vinous, with chalky phenolic structure and an enlivening pillowy mousse, it’s impressively deep and concentrated, with fine tension and grip. Early renditions of this cuvée tended to be at their best on release, but this impressive effort appears to be built to age.”
The Hilt 2021 Pinot Noir “Radian Vineyard” Santa Rita Hills 97 Points
$104.99
Jeb Dunnuck 97 Points: “I loved the 2021 Pinot Noir Radian Vineyard, which has a vivid, perfumed, exotic bouquet of black raspberries, spring flowers, violets, graphite, and chalky minerality. I love its purity, and it’s medium-bodied, with an incredible sense of refinement and class and a great finish. Coming from a rocky hillside vineyard on the southern side of the Sta. Rita Hills, this incredible Pinot Noir will benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age and cruise in cold cellars over the following decade or more.”
Vinous 97 Points: “A bright, nervy wine, the 2021 Pinot Noir Radian captures all the natural intensity of this site on the far edge of the Sta. Rita Hills. Bright acids and veins of minerality infuse the 2021 with tremendous character. Dark red/purplish fruit, lavender, crushed rocks, graphite, and dried herbs are some of the many notes that race across the palate. This just sizzles with energy. It’s a great example from the western edge of the appellation.”

Andrew Will 2018 “Ciel du Cheval” Bordeaux Blend, Red Mountain Washington 95 Points

Aftermath 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Napa Valley 97 Points
$89.99
FMW 97 Points: This 100% Estate-grown Cabernet (96.3% CS and 3.7% PV), offers up an amazing bouquet of classic dark Cabernet fruit that jumps out of the glass upon impact. This 2019 youngster is lush, full in bodied and surprisingly well-balanced. The wine is multi-layered loaded with gorgeous black currant, dark chocolate, a whiff of anise, cassis and a touch of spice on the opulent palate. Extremely well-balanced and in-sync wine that will please the big Cab lover. This is a killer wine, but unfortunately a very limited production.
Bevan 2021 Sugarloaf Proprietary Red Napa Valley ~ 100 Points
$225.00 $214.99
Robert Parker 100 Points: “The terrific 2021 Proprietary Red Sugarloaf Mountain is a 60-40 blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot from this vineyard in southern Napa. Vaguely floral and leafy, loaded with purple raspberries and cherries, this is really complex, with lovely fruit. Full-bodied, supple, silky and seamless, it finishes long and elegant.”

$119.99 $114.99
Pisoni 2021 Estate Chardonnay, Santa Lucia Highlands 96+ Points
$105.00 $94.99
Jeb Dunnuck 96+ Points: “Another brilliant wine from this family, the 2021 Chardonnay comes all from the estate Pisoni Vineyard in the southern part of the Santa Lucia Highlands. Unfortunately, it’s made in tiny quantities, but I consistently think it ranks with the finest Chardonnay in California. Honeyed lemon, pear, flowers, crushed stone, and a beautiful kiss of toasted walnuts define the aromatics, and it’s medium-bodied, vibrant, and elegant, with a liquid rock-like sense of minerality on the finish. It plays in the more elegant, focused, lengthy style of the vintage and is slightly closed and tight at present. Give bottles another 2-3 years in the cellar and enjoy through 2031. It’s a beautiful Chardonnay.”
Kenefick 2019 Cabernet Chris’s Cuvée, Estate Napa Valley 95 Points
$64.99 $64.94
Paul Lato 2021 “Stand by Me” Pinot Noir, Drum Canyon Vineyard, Sta. Rita Hills 97 Points
$99.99
Jeb Dunnuck 97 Points: “Darker cherries, black tea, leafy herbs, and sweet spice all emerge from the 2021 Pinot Noir Stand By Me Drum Canyon Vineyard, a layered, medium-bodied Pinot Noir revealing a terrific underlying sense of minerality, a focused, elegant mouthfeel, and a great finish. It has an age-worthy, nicely structured, balanced style that will benefit from a year or two of bottle age and evolve gracefully through 2031+.”
