Switchback Ridge 2019 Merlot “Estate” Napa Valley 93 Points
$69.99 $67.99
Jeb Dunnuck 93 Points: “A stunning value, the 2019 Merlot Peterson Family Vineyard offers a round, layered, incredibly sexy and seamless style to go with classic Merlot ripe black cherries, pipe tobacco, chocolate, and roasted herb-like aromas and flavors. There’s 9% Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend, and it was raised in 75% new French oak. I’d be thrilled to drink a glass any time over the coming 10-15 years.”
Fait-Main 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon “Sleeping Lady” Bettinelli – 97 Points
$224.99 $174.99
Jeb Dunnuck 97 Points: “From a terrific vineyard on the west side of Yountville, and one I suspect will be more well known in the future due to the quality of the farming, the 100% Cabernet 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Bettinelli Sleeping Lady is a pretty, elegant yet full-bodied beauty that has terrific notes of blue fruits, violets, bay leaf, and damp earth. It has an almost mountain fruit-like tension and purity, fine tannins, and a great finish. In short, it’s a thrilling Napa Valley Cabernet that’s going to keep for 25 years or more.”
Realm 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon To-Kalon Beckstoffer Napa Valley 99 Points
$525.00 $494.99
Robert Parker 99 Points: “Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard has a deep garnet-purple color, requiring a little coaxing before it spills out of the glass with fantastically showy blackberry preserves, boysenberries and cassis notes, plus hints of black raspberries, clove oil and potpourri, with a touch of tobacco leaf. The decadent, full-bodied palate sports a firm backbone of ripe, grainy tannins with beautiful freshness. All that generous black fruit melds seamlessly into a very long, mineral-laced finish.”
Pied-a-Terre 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon “Artist Series Reserve” Sonoma
$64.90
Pisoni 2021 “Estate” Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands – 96+ Points IN MAGNUM
$259.99
Jeb Dunnuck 96+ Points: “The 2021 Pinot Noir comes entirely from the Pisoni Vineyard in the southern portion of the Santa Lucia Highlands. It was only partially destemmed and was raised in 68% new French oak. It’s a truly gorgeous effort offering serious aromatics of cassis, darker raspberries, spicy oak, graphite, and crushed stone. Incredibly pure, vibrant, and precise aromatically, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, a stacked mid-palate, lots of building tannins, and a great finish. This concentrated, focused, age-worthy beauty needs at least 2-3 years to integrate its structure and tannins and will evolve brilliantly over the following decade. Bravo!
DuMOL 2021 Pinot Noir “Wester Reach” Russian River Valley 95 Points
$85.00
James Suckling 95 Points: “A wine with a lot of back end, with dark fruits of blackberry and cherry. Ripe strawberry. Hints of toasted oak and smoke. It’s full and layered with very firm and polished tannins. Very serious and real, and shows the structure of the vintage. Some chocolate. Strawberry pie, too. Drinkable but two to three years of age will help it”

Jeb Dunnuck 97 Points: “Darker cherries, black tea, leafy herbs, and sweet spice all emerge from the 2021 Pinot Noir Stand By Me Drum Canyon Vineyard, a layered, medium-bodied Pinot Noir revealing a terrific underlying sense of minerality, a focused, elegant mouthfeel, and a great finish. It has an age-worthy, nicely structured, balanced style that will benefit from a year or two of bottle age and evolve gracefully through 2031+.”

Schrader Cellars 2019 Wappo Hill, Stag’s Leap Napa Valley 98 Points
$399.99 $389.99
Jeb Dunnuck 98 Points: “A new cuvée in the lineup, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Wappo Hill comes from vines in the Stags Leap District (not far from Realm) and it’s another pure, elegant, yet textured wine in the lineup. Pretty cassis, violets, white flowers, and a touch of minerality define this youthful, already complex, elegant 2019. It shows the cooler style of Stags Leap with its perfumed, elegant style but still brings plenty of fruit.”
The Walls 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon “Curiositas“ Red Mountain, Washington 96 Points
$89.99 $79.95
96 Points Jeb Dunnuck: Coming from Red Mountain and 83% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Cabernet Franc brought up in 80% new French oak, the 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Curiositas offers more red and black fruits to go with classic Red Mountain minerality, notes of graphite and tobacco, full-bodied richness, and building, firm, yet ripe tannins. It’s going to need 3-5 years of bottle age, but it’s a classic expression of this terroir.
Quilceda Creek 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley 100 Points
$249.99 $224.99
Cobb 2019 Pinot Noir Rice Spivak Sonoma Coast 97+ Points
$99.99
Robert Parker 97+ Points: “The 2019 Pinot Noir Rice Spivak Vineyard was made with about 40% whole clusters and matured for 22 months in 40% new French oak. It has a medium ruby color and pure aromas of cranberries, raspberries and rhubarb—those dark red fruit characteristics of Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir in the 2019 vintage—plus accents of orange peel, Angostura bitters, moss and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate manages a slender frame and very intense flavors, supported by an abundance of silty tannins and juicy acidity driving the very long, very layered finish.”
Maybach 2019 Amoenus Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 99 Points
$194.99
Jeb Dunnuck 99 Points: “First made in 2009 (the first vintage of Maybach was in 2004), the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Amoenus offers an incredible, full-bodied, pure, seamless style, and I suspect this is the finest vintage of this cuvée ever made. Gorgeous red and black fruits, toasted spice, brioche, violets, and flowers are just some of the nuances here, and it’s one of those wines that brings massive richness and depth while staying pure, seamless, and as graceful as they come. Don’t miss it!”
