The smallest vineyard in Napa, 1 acre. All good things come in small packages!
A selection of 3 bottles (2017, 2018 and 2019)
2019 Vintage
Robert Parker 95 Points: “Coming from a small, organically farmed vineyard to the north of Ehlers Lane in St. Helena, MC4’s 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium to deep garnet-purple color and vibrant scents of redcurrant jelly, kirsch and black raspberries, plus hints of menthol, cedar chest, rose oil and pencil shavings with a touch of cinnamon stick. The medium to full-bodied palate shimmers with bright, energetic red and black berry layers, framed by ripe, fine-grained tannins and exhilarating freshness, finishing long and perfumed.”
2018 Vintage
Wine Spectator 94 Points: “This delivers a pure, savory, and licorice-flecked beam of cassis and plum puree flavors, with a glint of iron on the sleek finish. Concentrated, but streamlined in feel. Drink now through 2032.”
2017 Vintage
Robert Parker 94 Points; “MC4 Cabernet Sauvignon sports a medium to deep garnet-purple color and nose of crushed wild blueberries, black cherries, and mulberries with touches of cigar box, baking spices, and dark chocolate plus a waft of sage. Medium to full-bodied, the palate features appealing restraint, with taut, muscular fruit and fantastic tension, finishing long and softly textured.”
