Lorenza 2021 Rose (Rhone Blend)

Translucent pink, fragrance of orange blossoms, flavors of juicy sweet-tart honey tangerine, passion fruit and rhubarb on a silky palate with a crisp grapefruity finish.

Lorenza is a dry rosé made from a classic blend of four varieties. The unique sandy soils of Lodi in the the California Delta is our winemaking home and a great place to grow old vines. Old vines deliver stability, age-ability, and complexity.

True rosé is made through a singular focus on quality, from the timing of the pick to the gentle pressing of the fruit. We pick by hand when the grapes are on the cusp of ripeness, generally in mid-August. This translates to a lower alcohol and mouth watering crispness. The end result? A graceful rosé that invites another sip.

Blend: 44% Mourvedre, 27% Carignan, 17% Cinsault, 12% Grenache

Pairs with: French fries, charcuterie, sunsets, and crudo.
