The crown jewel of La Sirena, Cabernet Sauvignon is Heidi’s favorite varietal to work with, and the wine she is best-known for throughout her career. This Cabernet has all the makings of Heidi’s classic, elegant and balanced style, produced from some of the finest vineyards in Napa Valley.
Heidi’s Notes: “The 2018 La Sirena Cab is an inky garnet in color, with pronounced aromatics of dark berries and black cherry, and nuances of candied nuts, dried savory herbs, wet gravel, cedar and vanilla. Across the palate, flavors match the aromas in a velvety and mouthcoating profile with remarkable power and noteworthy finesse. Dense and concentrated flavors with refined tannins, chewy texture, and a lengthy evolving finish will make this an exciting addition to your cellar for many years to come. No need to decant, as the wine is quite open, but it will grow in the glass as it has time to bloom. Stunning vintage – one of the best in recent memory!!”
