Winemaker notes: high tide aims to take the best qualities of all of our growing partners in varying growing conditions to create a singular napa valley expression. The opulent fruit from our valley floor partners is framed by the tannin and natural acidity of our atlas peak cabernet while our benchland sites fill the mouth with complex dark berry fruits. With a significant portion coming from well-drained soils at elevation high tide has the tools to lay down and age for several years.
