Schrader Cellars 2019 Wappo Hill, Stag’s Leap Napa Valley 98 Points
$399.99 $389.99
Jeb Dunnuck 98 Points: “A new cuvée in the lineup, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Wappo Hill comes from vines in the Stags Leap District (not far from Realm) and it’s another pure, elegant, yet textured wine in the lineup. Pretty cassis, violets, white flowers, and a touch of minerality define this youthful, already complex, elegant 2019. It shows the cooler style of Stags Leap with its perfumed, elegant style but still brings plenty of fruit.”

Cobb 2019 Pinot Noir Rice Spivak Sonoma Coast 97+ Points
$99.99
Robert Parker 97+ Points: “The 2019 Pinot Noir Rice Spivak Vineyard was made with about 40% whole clusters and matured for 22 months in 40% new French oak. It has a medium ruby color and pure aromas of cranberries, raspberries and rhubarb—those dark red fruit characteristics of Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir in the 2019 vintage—plus accents of orange peel, Angostura bitters, moss and forest floor. The medium-bodied palate manages a slender frame and very intense flavors, supported by an abundance of silty tannins and juicy acidity driving the very long, very layered finish.”
Amuse Bouche 2019 Bordeaux Blend, Napa Valley 96 Points
$249.99 $224.99
Vinous 96 Points: ““The 2019 Amuse Bouche, a Right Bank-inspired Merlot/Cabernet Franc blend is superb. Expansive, sweet aromatics are immediately seductive. Silky tannins wrap around a core of plum fruit, sweet tobacco, chocolate, spice and leather. This wonderfully expressive, elegant Napa Valley red hits all the right notes in a nuanced style that is all class.”

Favia 2018 La Magdalena Proprietary Red Napa Valley 99 Points
$249.99 $224.99
Jeb Dunnuck 99 Points: “Next up, the 2018 La Magalena comes from the Oakville Ranch Vineyard and in 2018 is a blend of equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Incredible notes of crème de cassis, blueberries, tobacco leaf, violets, and spring flowers all emerge from this beauty, and it hits the palate with flawless balance, full-bodied richness, a great, great mid-palate, and a finish that keeps you coming back to the glass. Probably a candidate for perfection in 5-7 years, this is a magical Bordeaux blend from an incredible terroir as well as a great winemaker. Hide bottles in the cellar for 5-7 years, count yourself lucky, and enjoy over the following 30 years or more.”
Hendry 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon “Estate” Napa Valley 95 Points
$69.99
Scarlett 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Rutherford Napa V. 95 Points
$79.99 $74.99
Jeb Dunnuck 95 Points: “Beautiful, sweet cassis and blue fruits, as well as lots of violet and floral notions, emerge from the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, a full-bodied, rich, concentrated barrel sample with wonderful purity of fruit, a good sense of freshness, and serious length on the finish. This promising, elegant yet powerful wine is going to shine with short-term bottle age and keep for two decades.”

Sanguis 2019 The Bossman Syrah based Red Blend 96 Points
$94.99
Jeb Dunnuck 95 Points: “The 2018 Bossman is also Syrah-dominated (70%) yet is a more eclectic blend that includes 10% each of Viognier, Grenache, and Cabernet Franc. It saw roughly 30% stems and the standard, longer élevage favored by Matthias, spending 25 months in 35% new barrels. I love the purity of fruit here, and it has a perfumed bouquet of blueberries, cherries, violets, and ground pepper as well as this Côte Rôtie-like sense of minerality. Medium to full-bodied, pure, and layered, it has the class to drink well today yet also evolve for 10-15 years. It’s a stunning Santa Ynez Syrah blend.”
Paul Lato 2021 “Ora et Labora” Grenache Bien Nacido Vineyard, Santa Maria Valley – 95 Points

Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne

Paul Lato 2021 “il Padrino” Syrah Bien Nacido Vineyard, Santa Maria Valley 98+ Points
$114.99
Jeb Dunnuck 98+ Points: “In contrast, the 2021 Syrah Il Padrino Bien Nacido Vineyard is more masculine and feral, with ripe black fruits, cracked black pepper, leather, iron, and spring flowers, and a certain bloody character developing with time in the glass. Medium to full-bodied, it has a similar level of polish but is a touch more concentrated and lengthy on the palate, with ripe, building tannins and awesome length. Drink this spectacular Syrah over the coming 10-12 years.”

Aftermath 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Napa Valley 97 Points
$89.99
FMW 97 Points: This 100% Estate-grown Cabernet (96.3% CS and 3.7% PV), offers up an amazing bouquet of classic dark Cabernet fruit that jumps out of the glass upon impact. This 2019 youngster is lush, full in bodied and surprisingly well-balanced. The wine is multi-layered loaded with gorgeous black currant, dark chocolate, a whiff of anise, cassis and a touch of spice on the opulent palate. Extremely well-balanced and in-sync wine that will please the big Cab lover. This is a killer wine, but unfortunately a very limited production.
