The Wine:

The wine was sourced from the Coup de Foudre Estate Vineyard in Calistoga.  This is truly an amazing quality wine. Although still young this one will turn heads!  Only a very small amount of this wine is available. This wine is bottled and labeled under the exclusive label of Premiere Napa Valley. Each bottle is numbered and signed by the owner.  The wine offers stunning aromatics and an amazing flavor laced palate and stunning body and depth.   Bright black stone aromas jump out of the glass on impact.  This full-bodied, concentrated, yet well-balanced youngster offers great structure, lush fruit and the right touch of acidity.  The wine ends with fine grained, silky tannins.  This is a wine that will cellar nicely. If you decide to drink a bottle now, I suggest decanting it a good 2 hours in advance.
