Winemaker Notes: “I take great joy and pride in working with Dave and his Pinot noir. Dave is tireless in his pursuit of quality, harvesting by hand at night to keep the clusters intact and cold on their way to the winery. We ferment mostly whole cluster to impart a lovely high toned aroma of earth, spice and floral character. The wine has the characteristic Sonoma Coast flavor of pomegranate, blood orange, and Campari. The whole clusters providing sensations of forest floor, foraged chanterelles, and fine length and structure. “
